As part of our growth, we’re looking for a Web Designer to join our marketing team to elevate our brand presence and enhance the digital experience for our users. Location: This is an in office role. The office is located at: 1401 Forum Way Suite 500 West Palm Beach FL 33401 We’re a pet-friendly company that welcomes furry friends to brighten our workspace and make your day more enjoyable Role Overview: The Web Designer will be a key player on our marketing team, responsible for designing and optimizing our web assets to drive engagement and conversions. This role requires a versatile designer with skills spanning UI/UX, web development basics, and a strong understanding of web best practices for a high-impact startup environment. Key Responsibilities: Design & Development: Create visually engaging and functional designs for website pages, landing pages, emails, and digital assets. Implement designs in web platforms (e.g., WordPress or HTML/CSS). User Experience: Develop user-centered designs that enhance the online experience and improve usability across web assets. Optimization & Testing: Collaborate with the CRO team to perform A/B testing, collect user feedback, and refine designs for better conversion rates. Collaboration: Work closely with performance marketing, SEO, content, and CRM teams to ensure consistency in branding and optimal performance of web assets. Branding & Visual Identity: Maintain and evolve the visual language of our website to align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. Analytics & Reporting: Monitor web performance and user behavior, making data-driven adjustments to improve metrics such as bounce rate, time on site, and conversions. Qualifications: 2 years of experience in web design, ideally within a startup or digital marketing environment. Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator). Experience with website management platforms (e.g. WordPress). Familiarity with SEO principles and understanding of how web design impacts performance. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Strong collaboration and communication skills. Nice-to-Haves: Experience with A/B testing tools (e.g., Google Optimize, Optimizely). Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms. Basic understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus).
