Our client is looking to hire a Graphic Designer to join their team. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for the successful creation, execution and coordination of marketing assets, product packaging creation, department communications and functions. This person will work closely with marketing and creative teams to ensure projects are completed successfully. Design and coordination of promotional materials for products, merchandise, graphic displays. Design visually compelling graphics, illustrations, and other creative assets for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, print materials, packaging, and other marketing channels. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute creative campaigns that align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate key messages to target audiences. Assist in the development and maintenance of the company's brand identity, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and sales, to understand product features and benefits and translate them into visually appealing content. Support digital marketing initiatives, including designing and optimizing web graphics, social media assets, email templates, and digital advertisements. Ensure all design projects are completed within established timelines, adhering to quality standards and meeting project objectives. Collaborate with external agencies, freelancers, and print vendors to coordinate the production and printing of marketing materials as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, marketing, or a related field (preferred). Cannabis experience preferred Proven experience in graphic design and marketing, either in-house or at an agency, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), and familiarity with design tools and platforms. Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition. Strong creativity, conceptual thinking, and attention to detail, with the ability to balance creativity with business objectives. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate design concepts and rationale.
