TEKsystems is hiring: UX Designer in Saint Louis

• Work closely with business stakeholders, engineers and scrum masters to shape and produce the information architecture, usability, and interaction design of the digital experience. 
• Maintain current industry knowledge and stay abreast of innovations in UX best practices, tools and topics of interest to the UX community and help to infuse them back into the organization.
• Develop new types of deliverables, workshops, or presentations as necessary.
• Plan and conduct user research.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps and screen flows to guide developers and designers.
• Analyze usage data and traffic patterns. 
• Mentor colleagues outside the UX discipline in UX best practices.
• Mentor UX Designers.
• Produce compelling, engaging, user experiences that allow users to accomplish their tasks easily and efficiently while fulfilling stated business requirements, project goals, and product vision.
• Produce UX deliverables including user flows, sketches at various levels of fidelity, wireframes, journey maps, prototypes, and other similar tools to demonstrate and to aid the validation of proposed design solutions.
• Performs a variety of other duties as assigned. 
Qualifications:
Education, License or Certification: 
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. 
Experience: 
• 3-5 years experience in user interface and user experience design.
