ANTROBUS DESIGN COLLECTIVE is an established Boutique, Luxury Interior Design Studio inviting an incredibly talented, and dynamic Designer to join our Creative Team We specialize in Luxury Residential and Boutique Hospitality Projects that draw upon our ability to write layered and unique stories through Design. A minimum of 5 years working actively as an Interior Designer with an in-depth knowledge of high end product brands for Interiors, Luxury Residential design experience, with Hospitality experience being a plus. Your talent and curiosity are called upon to create and contribute to unique, and dynamic projects. Strong desire to contribute and collaborate with the design team towards layered and rich presentations across multiple mediums: which include mood boards, 3-D modeling ( sketch-up or REVIT ) basic photoshop renderings, CAD drawings, image research, material selections, high-end FF&E selections, and other job-related duties as assigned. Engagingly and persuasively through strong communication skills present work internally and externally. Liaison between the Principal, the Team and the Client during the design process with efficiency and precision. Produce technical drawings as part of your creative process which include Interior Design documentation sets, FF&E specifications, material schedules, and budgets. Must have a command of not only plans in Auto CAD but an understanding and STRONG ability to draw elevations, sections, and details in order to develop your creative ideas. Showing detailed CAD drawings in your portfolio is a must for this application. Our studio develops design not only through soft furnishings but a comprehensive study of technical details required to build out any interior. Acute attention to detail in reviewing all documents to ensure that they incorporate design intent and technical accuracy. Participate in coordination between ADC and consultants. Participate in the review of construction administration services including RFI responses, submittal reviews and punch list reviews while resolving CA issues. Bachelors or Master’s degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture. Minimum of 5 years experience in High-End Residential Design and or Boutique Hospitality projects. Must have on site experience in seeing a project through from concept to completion. Strong Design and Presentation skills. Excellent verbal, written and communication skills. Must be a team player as well as comfortable working independently. Ability to take initiative, prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines as well as delegate within the office. Extremely organized, proactive and diligent. Commercial and Hospitality experience is a plus. Understanding of furniture, millwork, and cabinetry construction, detailing, and related shop drawing review process. Ability to develop and track budgets, purchase orders, etc. Acute, and unapologetic attention to Detail. Must have Proficiency in: Adobe Photoshop; InDesign; AutoCAD; Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and SketchUp. Knowledge of Studio Designer is a plus. Valid US Passport or Green Card.
