User Experience (UX) Designer Job at Robert Half in Villanova

We are on the lookout for a User Experience (UX) Designer to be a part of our team, operating from our location in Villanova, Pennsylvania. As a UX Designer, you will be tasked with designing and refining user experiences, leveraging your proficiency in Figma, and aligning with our objectives in the pharma and direct-to-consumer sectors. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance user experience design using Figma and other Adobe Creative Cloud tools.
• Utilize Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe XD to create visually appealing designs.
• Apply knowledge of Android Development to ensure mobile-friendly designs.
• Conduct AB Testing to validate design effectiveness and user engagement.
• Follow Agile Scrum methodologies to manage design projects effectively.
• Create designs that bolster brand awareness and align with the company's brand guidelines.
• Develop and maintain CSS for website and web app designs.
• Stay updated on the latest digital trends to ensure that designs are current and relevant.• Minimum of 5 years experience in a User Experience (UX) Designer role or similar
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe XD
• Experience with Android Development is highly desirable
• Prior experience with AB Testing and Agile Scrum methodologies
• Demonstrated understanding of Brand Awareness strategies and techniques
• Proficiency in CSS
• Experience in Digital design and development
• Proficiency in using Figma for designing user interfaces and prototypes
