Position Overview: We seek a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually appealing and effective marketing materials that reflect our commitment to quality and innovation. As a Graphic Designer at Palmer Industries, you will be crucial in enhancing our brand’s visual presence across various platforms and supporting our marketing and sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and design marketing materials, including brochures, catalogs, product style sheets, social media graphics, website visuals, and email campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create compelling visual content that aligns with our brand identity and supports our promotional activities.
- Assist in conceptualizing and designing new product launches, ensuring all materials are visually appealing and consistent with our brand standards.
- Produce high-quality graphics for digital and print media, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project timelines.
- Maintain and update the company’s website with new product images, promotional banners, and other visual content.
- Work closely with the product development team to create technical drawings, assembly instructions, and other product-related visuals.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our visual communications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a manufacturing or product-focused environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Familiarity with 3D modeling and rendering software such as Blender and KeyShot.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills and projects.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics and visual composition.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of web design principles and experience with content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
- Familiarity with architectural and product design is desirable.
