This role supports our marketing and e-commerce efforts with a focus on web design, email marketing, and direct-to-consumer (DTC) strategies.
Position Overview:
The Graphic Designer will collaborate with the marketing, e-commerce, and paid advertising teams to create compelling visuals across various mediums, ensuring a seamless customer experience and alignment with Montana Knife Company’s brand identity. This role requires a highly organized and proactive professional with a passion for design and the outdoor/hunting industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Graphic Design Expertise: Develop visually stunning designs for digital and print mediums, including websites (Shopify), email campaigns (Klaviyo), print ads, packaging, blog graphics, and event booth materials.
- Digital Implementation: Integrate design elements into Shopify and Klaviyo platforms, ensuring a cohesive and appealing user experience.
- Email Marketing: Create and manage email campaigns with engaging designs that resonate with the target audience.
- Ad Design Collaboration: Partner closely with the Paid Ads team to create industry-leading ad designs that capture attention and drive results.
- Project Management: Manage multiple design projects, prioritize deadlines, and maintain high-quality standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and e-commerce teams to understand project goals and ensure designs align with brand objectives.
- Support External Partners: Provide graphic design support for external agencies, including SEO, PR, Paid Ads, and Community Marketing teams.
- Digital Calendar Ownership: Maintain and manage the company’s digital marketing calendar to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1+ years of experience in graphic design or marketing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Familiarity with Shopify and web design tools such as HTML and CSS.
- Experience with email marketing platforms like Klaviyo.
- Passion for the outdoor and hunting industry, with a commitment to staying updated on industry trends.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
