Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and dedicated PV Designer to join our team in the solar industry. As a Residential Solar Designer, you will play a crucial role in designing and optimizing solar energy systems for residential properties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design and engineer residential solar energy systems, including rooftop solar PV arrays, inverters, mounting structures, and electrical components, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software and other relevant tools to create detailed and accurate solar system layouts.
- Conduct site assessments to evaluate solar potential, shading analysis, roof condition, and electrical considerations.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to gather project requirements and design customized solar solutions that meet clients' needs and preferences.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, electrical standards, and safety regulations throughout the design and installation processes.
Qualifications:
- Relevant certifications or training in solar energy systems design are a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality in design deliverables.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, while adhering to deadlines.
- Passion for renewable energy and a commitment to promoting sustainable practices in the residential sector.
