We’re looking for a creative, organized, and detail-obsessed Interior Designer / Project Manager to lead exciting projects from concept to completion. If you’ve got a passion for transforming spaces and are a master at juggling design, timelines, and budgets, this could be the perfect fit for you! What You’ll Do

Project Planning & Coordination:

  • Collaborate with clients to capture their vision and turn it into reality.
  • Craft detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets that make everything run smoothly.
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure each project goes off without a hitch.
  • Visit project sites, assess feasibility, and tackle any challenges with ease.
  •  Must Timely Report to Work as Scheduled by LDI Management

Vendor Magic:

  • Scout out the best materials, furniture, and accessories for your projects.
  • Work with vendors to get quotes, place orders, and keep everything on track for smooth delivery.

Design Innovation:

  • Partner with the lead designer to create cutting-edge concepts that will wow clients.
  • Review and approve drawings, materials, and finishes, ensuring every project is flawless.

Budget & Cost Management:

  • Prepare rock-solid budgets and keep an eagle eye on expenses to make sure projects stay on track financially.
  • Find cost-saving opportunities that keep the design quality top-notch.

Client Communication & Relationship Building:

  • Be the go-to person for clients, keeping them updated and ensuring their expectations are exceeded.
  • Conduct regular check-ins to provide progress updates and gather feedback.
  • Build strong, long-lasting relationships that turn clients into lifelong fans.

Quality Assurance & Project Delivery:

  • Implement quality control processes to ensure the highest standards are met.
  • Oversee final installations, making sure the finished product is flawless and ready for its big reveal!

What You Bring:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
  • Experience in interior design coordination, or similar roles (bonus points if you’ve led projects before!).
  • Expert-level skills in Chief Architect, AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Stellar project management skills—you can juggle multiple projects and still meet deadlines like a pro.
  • Connections with current clients and/or current client base.
  • Leadership that inspires teams to create amazing spaces.
  • Exceptional communication skills—you know how to keep clients happy and informed.
  • In-depth knowledge of design principles, materials, construction, and building codes.
