Job Description
We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to play a critical role in crafting compelling visual content that resonates with our target audiences in the construction industry. As a key member of the marketing team, you’ll collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and sales teams to design materials that communicate the value of our construction operations management solutions. From branding and digital content to product visuals and event collateral, you’ll ensure consistency and creativity at every touchpoint.
Responsibilities
- Design & Branding: Create visually appealing designs that align with the brand identity for both digital and print media, including websites, landing pages, emails, social media graphics, and brochures.
- Marketing Campaign Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to design assets for various campaigns, including banner ads, infographics, white papers, case studies, and event materials.
- Product & Sales Collateral: Work closely with the product and sales teams to design product visuals, presentations, and one-pagers that effectively communicate the value of our solutions to prospective clients.
- Event Graphics: Design promotional materials and signage for industry events, webinars, and trade shows, ensuring consistency and visibility across all formats.
- UX/UI Support: Collaborate with the product team to support user interface designs, ensuring a cohesive visual experience across our software platform.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain and evolve the company’s visual identity guidelines, ensuring brand consistency across all creative outputs.
- Creative Problem Solving: Translate complex concepts into engaging, easy-to-understand visuals that appeal to a B2B construction audience.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably within a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience working in or with industries like construction, technology, or manufacturing is a plus but not required.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, or other design tools.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing various design work, including digital and print assets.
- Creativity & Attention to Detail: A strong eye for aesthetics and detail and the ability to translate business needs into effective visual designs.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively across teams while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain design decisions and work closely with cross-functional teams.
- UX/UI Experience: Familiarity with user-centered design principles and experience with UX/UI design for software products is a plus.
This is a full-time remote position located in the US. Employees hired within a designated radius of the office are expected to work on-site according to a schedule set by management based on the requirements of their role.
Benefits & Compensation
- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $55,00-$70,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
