Position Overview
Responsible for creating visually compelling content that enhances brand awareness, drives marketing campaigns, and supports Vaughn's initiatives in the A/E/C industry. Working closely with the Marketing Manager and other team members, the Graphic Designer will contribute to the development of innovative materials for both digital and print media, supporting Vaughn's marketing and communication goals.
Duties/Responsibilities
Create visually compelling graphics for presentations, proposals, and marketing materials
Design and produce high-quality visual content, including brochures, infographics, and digital media, to reflect our brand and advance our mission, initiatives, and awareness goals
Collaborate with the marketing manager and technical staff to develop branding materials and ensure consistency across all visual communications
Follow a marketing calendar and meet internal deadlines
Work closely with the team members to support day-to-day content deliverables
Retouch photography
Conduct stock assets search criteria and inventory
Manage the cataloging and organization of photography, files, and documentation of design projects
Other duties as assigned.
Education and Training Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, InDesign) and Microsoft Office
Experience with presentation design using PowerPoint
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Understanding of all marketing channels and the production of marketing assets
Basic photography retouching and video editing skills
Familiarity with social media design best practices
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Have a brand-centered portfolio: You can demonstrate exceptional design, typography, color theory, layout, and solid conceptual thinking skills.
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics: You execute according to a plan and specific brand guidelines.
