POSITION SUMMARY This position is responsible for overseeing the design of high quality, branded materials for both internal and external use. This role will also serve as a champion of Ashley's brand and will work with internal stakeholders to ensure all materials are brand compliant and consistent. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Designs high quality materials for internal and external use, including but not limited to advertisements, annual reports, newsletters, workbooks, brochures, logos, signs, etc. Designs high quality digital assets for use on social media, email, advertisements, etc. Coordinates with internal departments and vendors on design and print projects, including gathering cost estimates, schedule, design & delivery Reworks existing print materials and graphics, both conceptual and informational, to increase aesthetic value and apply or maintain consistent branding Uses a strong attention to detail to review work for errors and identify places for improvement/refinement; complete corrections ensuring all materials produced meet quality standards and corporate branding guidelines Organizes and maintains library of graphic files, stock images, and Ashley imagery. Supports Internal Brand compliance of all in-house materials including, but not limited to PPT, Word, PDF documents, emails, signage, etc. Updates in-house stakeholders as to status of projects, acquiring approvals, and execution of final plans Assist with event planning and support Attend routine meetings representing the communications team In addition to role responsibilities, each staff member of Ashley, Inc. has the following responsibilities as a part of their employment: Models and reinforces Ashley's mission and core values Performs other duties on an as-needed basis Protects our patient's personal health information by maintaining compliance with HIPAA and other relevant Ashley related IT security regulations Reinforces Ashley's commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion DESIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES FOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER: 2+ years of experience in Graphic Design or related field Compelling portfolio of print and digital design work required Proficient in Adobe Suite (Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) and Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.) Demonstrated experience with layout techniques, styles, photo editing and manipulation, PMS colors, brand identity Extreme attention to detail Strong organizational and project management skills - deadline driven, and able to handle high-volume workload in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working independently, prioritizing and managing multiple projects at the same time Works cooperatively and communicates effectively with others across the organization to achieve shared objectives Shows personal commitment and acts to continuously improve Accepts assignments that broaden capabilities Able to learn quickly and generate solutions when facing new situations and challenges Identifies and seizes new opportunities.
