We are looking for a qualified Graphic and Photography/Video Designer to join our marketing team. This position will report to the Director of Marketing. The ideal candidate will have a bachelors degree in marketing or a design-related field and 3-6 years of experience. The Graphic and Video Designer will work on the development and production of a wide variety of communications and marketing projects to advance the brand, reputation, and digital media presence. General responsibilities will include the creation of brand marketing materials and photo/video content for brand and property promotion. Organizational, project management, and strong communication skills are crucial in this role. Candidates should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment and be willing to learn new training and experiences in various aspects of marketing.
Responsibilities:
Working closely with the Director of Marketing to generate content to tell a story.
Develop unique and creative concepts to differentiate us from the rest of the industry
Assist in promoting co-founders efforts to expand brand reach
Develop creative campaigns that flow across different channels seamlessly
Shoot video and photography content, editing for multiple applications (website, paid ads, email newsletters, social, reels, etc.)
Develop printed marketing pieces for brand and investment opportunity promotion
Assist with Events, documenting our Story
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Design, marketing, or a related field
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Portfolio examples
- Strong creative abilities
- Video and Photography experience, preferably including drones
- Strong photo and video editing abilities
