Qualifications We are looking for someone who is passionate about the user, visual design, and bringing research to action
You understand technical constraints and can creatively problem solve
2+ years of experience in a UX/UI Design role dealing with consumer or B2B-facing websites, apps, software and/or mobile experiences
Strong visual design aesthetic and experience in designing in an agile environment
Familiarity in designing for contemporary web applications across multiple screen sizes
Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma in a mac environment
Experience in building comprehensive & interactive prototypes in Figma
Exceptional UI design, including but not limited to, concepts, prototypes
Deep understanding of data visualization
Ability to work with large data sets and how they map to UI outputs
Experience creating sitemaps, wireframes, and customer journeys
Desire to be part of a team that values great design and high-quality work
Ability to recognize UX/UI issues and propose solutions
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and practices
Clear passion about G2 portfolio and ability to identify possibilities in our industry
Ability to understand business objectives and stakeholder needs and translate them into solutions
Organized with high attention to detail
Competent in UX Research methods to test & validate designs including concept and usability testing
Responsibilities You will help by designing a portion of the G2 product through visual design and usability
You will work with product managers, marketers, engineers, analysts and SEO to drive the planning, testing and delivery of new features, executing on the product roadmap
Design Process: You will create low and high fidelity wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to validate new product and feature ideas
You will participate in improving the design process and contribute to a consistent and effective design system to drive a cohesive product portfolio experience
Communication: You are able to clearly communicate to technical and non-technical teams the impact of the research to drive the greatest impact within internal team stakeholders, and partners
You will support customer and prospect discovery sessions, as needed
You will coordinate with the product squad to establish design priorities to drive the most impactful business results
Analytics and Testing: You will help set up both quantitative and qualitative tests and distill results into actionable plans for development initiatives
You are able to work across your squad and other design team members to build alignment with the work you are executing
