This position will require a flexible creative professional who can multitask, as work projects will be split between marketing campaigns and individual real estate agent campaigns. This role drives efficiency (supports company’s shift from custom to templated approach); innovation (supports creation of new service level for custom design/in-house agency or third party); productivity (helps optimize the time of the design team by leveraging and reutilizing existing designs as much as possible). The ideal candidate thinks creatively to produce new ideas and fresh concepts.

Responsibilities:

- Set creative direction for the company in close collaboration with the Associate Creative Director.

- Develops highly visible new campaigns, establishing a look and feel that can be implemented throughout all consumer and agent touchpoints: ads, materials for websites, email campaigns, etc.

- Ensures ONE Sotheby’s identity guidelines are up to date and reflect our needs; helping enforce consistency of the brand on all marketing materials.

- Oversees, manages and prioritizes work for graphic designers.

- Ensures all design pieces produced by the design services team comply with global Sotheby’s International Realty policies and sends a clear message.

- Aligns creative strategy across custom design and templates system.

- Enhances templates for agents with company tools for maximum alignment and agent adoption.

- Interprets the needs for each project and translates those needs into creative concepts that suit the project’s purpose.

Requirements

- 4-6 years of progressive Graphic Design work scope.

· Proficient use of Figma is required

- Proficient use of PhotoShop, InDesign, Illustrator, AfterEffects; basic DreamWeaver a plus.

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, or related creative field.
