Business Segment Overview
Retail: Empower individual investors and yourself in the world of retail through a range of different financial products rooted in innovation and market intelligence. From FX and CFDs to precious metals, master an exciting world of wealth management tools.
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Concept Development: Work closely with the creative team to brainstorm and develop innovative motion graphics concepts.
- Design and Animation: Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video content that align with the brands visual identity and marketing goals.
- Storyboarding: Develop detailed storyboards and animatics to visualize project concepts and timelines.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with the video manager, designers, copywriters, marketers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and effective visual communication.
- Feedback and Revisions: Incorporate feedback from clients and team members, making necessary revisions to achieve the desired outcome.
- Trends and Innovation: Stay updated on the latest trends in motion design, animation techniques, and software advancements to continually improve the quality of work.
- Technical Proficiency: Utilize software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, and other relevant tools to create motion graphics and animations.
Qualifications:
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in motion design.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop) and other relevant motion design software (Cinema 4D, etc.).
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of motion design projects, highlighting creativity, technical skills, and attention to detail.
- Creativity: Ability to generate original ideas and concepts that align with the brands vision and objectives.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale effectively.
- Time Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
- Team Player: A collaborative mindset with the ability to work well within a team environment, contributing positively to team dynamics.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Motion Design, Animation, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 3D Animation: Experience with Cinema 4D but not essential.
- Sound Design: Basic understanding of sound design and its integration with motion graphics.
Work Environment:
- Hybrid: 3 days per week in office, 2 days per week remote
