About the Role:
As our new WordPress Web Developer, you will play an integral role in designing and developing websites that not only captivate but also offer a seamless user experience. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to blend artistry with functionality, ensuring every project reflects our brand identity and meets our clients' needs. This position will have you working closely with our team of designers, developers, and clients to bring unique visions to life on the web.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand web design goals and objectives.
- Create wireframes or mockups to bring design concepts to life.
- Create Landing Pages
- Develop responsive websites using HTML, CSS, PHP, and Bootstrap, optimizing for cross-device performance.
- Implement usability best practices to ensure accessibility and user engagement.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve designs based on user interactions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in web design and development.
- Work closely with backend developers to integrate design elements smoothly.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency with WordPress – and knowledge of HTML, CSS, PHP a plus!
- Strong experience with web design
- Graphic design proficiency preferred, with knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud a plus.
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
- Familiarity with SQL and database management related to web projects (a plus).
- Ability to create responsive designs.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality, visually engaging designs.
