The dynamic administrative support team at Marcus & Millichap Indianapolis office is seeking a new team member to join one of our top investment sales teams.
We're seeking a personable, professional, and creative individual with proven graphic design experience who desires a stable, professional office environment providing growth and challenge. Ideal candidates for this role are detail-oriented, passionate about providing top customer service, creating beautiful graphic design, always looking for ways to improve self and team, and making a difference in our overall marketing success.
We are seeking a multitasker who excels at managing multiple projects simultaneously while staying organized and focused. You have strong knowledge and experience in Marketing and Graphic Design. You are tech-savvy, hardworking, and have a knack for customer service. Real estate industry experience is a plus.
This is a full-time ,non-exempt(hourly),in-office position-not remote.

Some of the interesting things you'll be doing:
Using your Adobe Creative Suite skills and our proprietary software, you'll produce marketing packages, proposal books, design custom graphics, and creating retail maps, digital drawings, tables, charts, and graphs, in print and digital layout used by our agents to demonstrate Marcus & Millichap's expertise in the marketplace.
Create and manage marketing email campaigns for each listing and closing, including social media graphics. And email marketing utilizing Constant Contact
Execute a wide variety of projects across advertising, social media, PR and content development
Prepare listings by editing contracts, hiring photographers, sourcing assets and local information, and analyzing leases for property and lease details.
Becoming a valuable team member working closely with, and supporting, your home office as well as team members across your regional area with a variety of tasks which often include specialty marketing pieces and projects related to sales agent recruiting, press contacts, local sales aids and other promotional collateral, special projects, etc.
What you'll bring: Intermediate/strong computer skills including MS Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite (Experience in InDesign and Illustrator is required)
Knowledge of major social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram), CMS content platforms (WordPress, Sitecore), and tools (Hootsuite, etc.)
Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills as well as proofreading, copywriting, and editing abilities
Possess great soft skills; collaborative, proactive, adaptable, and approachable with a strong desire to learn and grow
Excellent attention to detail
Reliable and punctual, take pride in owning your responsibilities and contributing to the team
Versatile/flexible with the ability and willingness to take on new responsibilities and tasks as requested
Able to work under pressure, multi-task and meet critical deadlines
2+years graphics design experience desired
If you've worked in a sales or similar fast-paced environment, that's a big plus!
