Instructional Designer
Fort Liberty, NC - Full-time - Not a remote position
Global C2 Integration Technologies is looking for talented and enthusiastic Instructional Designer. The Instructional Designer is responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing curriculum and training materials to support the Joint Interoperability & Data Link Training Center (JID-TC) mission. This role applies instructional design principles, including the ADDIE process, to create engaging and effective learning solutions for in-residence, remote, and advanced distributed learning environments. The Instructional Designer ensures all course materials align with Joint Training Policy and meet the evolving needs of multi-Tactical Data Link (TDL) operations. By leveraging expertise in e-learning tools and multimedia development, this position plays a key role in delivering world-class training that enhances the readiness and interoperability of U.S. and allied forces.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop courseware for in-residence and remote learning.
- Align training materials with CJCSI standards and joint training policies.
- Support the semi-annual Course Review Board with curriculum updates.
Experience Required:
- Experience designing and developing Levels 2 and 3 multimedia training solutions using Articulate Storyline that are 508 and SCORM compliant.
- Experience with all phases of the ADDIE process.
- Experience with Moodle and LMS Operations.
- Proficiency in multimedia development tools, prototyping software, and eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
Education Required:
- Bachelor's degree with 2 years of prior relevant experience.
Eligibility:
- Must have current Secret U.S. DoD Security Clearance; Top Secret with SCI eligibility preferred.
- In order to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance, an individual must be a current U.S. Citizen in accordance with Executive Order 12968.
