As a small, high-octane team, we're tackling the multi-billion dollar problem of effective training and communication with state-of-the-art AI technology. Our mission is to revolutionize how professionals learn, practice, and improve their skills in a safe, engaging, and highly effective environment. Our team works on-site in San Francisco 4-5 days per week. The Role We're seeking a Lead Product Designer to join our founding team and shape the future of our AI-powered roleplay platform. As our first dedicated designer, you'll work directly with customers, engineers, and founders to create next-generation interfaces and experiences that make complex AI interactions feel natural and intuitive.
