We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our creative team. As a Graphic Designer with CPG experience, you will play a crucial role in developing visually appealing and compelling designs that effectively communicate our brand message to consumers.

Full Time

Must be local to Los Angeles

Salary: $70-80k

CPG experience is a must, food & bev is preferred

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand marketing objectives and translate them into innovative design concepts.
• Create visually stunning designs for packaging, labels, promotional materials, point-of-sale displays, advertisements, and other marketing collateral.
• Ensure all designs align with the brand guidelines and maintain consistency across various touchpoints.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance design quality.
• Work closely with printers and production teams to ensure accurate execution of designs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional graphic design experience within the CPG industry.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of typography principles, color theory, layout design concepts, and image manipulation techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders.
