We are currently seeking a Senior Designer II to join our Landscape Architecture team in our Dallas office. This is an experienced role that requires technical expertise in site design where the candidate will be independently managing projects and training Designers at all levels. Key Responsibilities: Project Management responsibilities that include conducting and managing all phases of a project from concept through all design phases, construction documentation, specification preparation, bidding, and construction administration. Coordinate and effectively communicate with people in other disciplines, with clients, and with jurisdiction reviewers and staff. Participate in marketing and business development activities by helping with proposal writing and interview presentations. Prepare renderings and graphics for projects. Mentor, manage and train Designers. Qualifications: Bachelors or Master's Degree in Landscape Architecture or related field of study Professional Landscape Architect (PLA) license in respective state. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Sketch Up and Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office and VantagePoint. Excellent graphic skills, both hand and computer generated. Knowledgeable of local jurisdiction and state permitting / approval processes. Knowledge of plant materials commonly used in the region. Project Management Experience. This is where passion lives.
