Job Description
Position – AutoCAD/Revit Designer
Job Location – Watertown, WI
Starting Date – Immediate
Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire or Direct Hire
Employment Type – Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift (8:00am – 5:00pm)
Starting Pay – Depends on Experience - $42,000 - $52,000 Annual Salary
Benefits – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus
Required Education – Tech College, or 4 Year Degree
Required Experience – At least 1 years of experience
Responsibilities
- Generate working drawings in multiple disciplines, such as architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.
- Manage multiple project drawings simultaneously, and work within budgets and timelines.
- Update existing projects with new files from clients.
- Create plans, sections, and elevations from a Revit model.
- Plot and collate drawings, and plot drawings to PDF.
Qualifications
- Technical College or 4 Year Degree
- 1 Year relevant experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong collaborative and interpersonal ability.
- Expertise in time management and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to understand technical drawings and plans.
- Advanced math and computer skills.
- Creativity and artistic ability.
