Overview
As an Associate Designer- Color, Materials, and Graphics you will be part of a team working on the creation of consumer centric, disruptive, innovative product that engages our consumer. You'll be icon-obsessed, share our passion for molded innovation and thoughtful in unlocking our brand DNA across a variety of styles in our line.
What You'll Do
Assist in everything the team needs to build great product including but not limited to building boards, pulling samples, printing assets, and room set up for large presentations
Be a trusted source and stay on top of global trends through relevant social and web research and market travel where applicable.
Contribute to a forward-thinking design aesthetic and demonstrate the desire to push the Brand forward for a variety of consumers, both volume-driving and Brand-driving.
Under the direction of CMG leadership, drive freshness to new and existing product each season, contributing to seasonal design needs against key strategic focuses, leveraging color curation, treatments and finishes, surface design, materials and trims, componentry and embellishments.
Demonstrate the ability to drive the Design vision through to cross functional partners, with strong communication and inspiring presentation skills.
Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under the guidance of design leadership, in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
Obsess the details to ensure our product is delivered on time and meets our critical execution standards.
Deliver best in class specs both for your own work and in support of the CMG team.
Be a team champion cross-functionally, enhancing our culture of collaboration, trust and communication across Design, Category Management and Development partners.
Ability to embrace diverse points of view while fostering an environment of inclusivity.
What You'll Bring to the Table Bachelor's degree in fashion or industrial design, graphics, apparel or related field.
Demonstrates a knowledge and understanding of product from color, material, construction to production.
Minimum 1-2 years of relevant design experience.
Technical understanding and proficiency in Adobe Suite: Photoshop & Illustrator, PowerPoint
Ability to travel domestically & internationally as the business requires.

Salary or Pay Range: $55,000-$65,000

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program.
