Lead UX Designer Location - Dallas, Tx (Remote) Candidate portfolio to be shared - their portfolio should mention about their experience on Product design. Key Skill - Candidates should have consumer product design experience. UX design candidates need to have demonstrated experience with and ability to create products for end consumers. This is a critical requirement. Key Responsibilities Lead UX Design Efforts Ensure high quality and high velocity design output for your self and the team Collaborate Work closely with product managers developers marketing and other stakeholders to integrate UX design into the product development process Design Execution Guide the team in creating wireframes prototypes user flows and high fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts Usability Testing Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to validate design solutions and identify areas for improvement Ensure Consistency Maintain guidelines to ensure a consistent user experience across all products Project Management Manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery of design assets and adherence to project timelines Qualifications Education Bachelor's or Master's degree in UX Design Human Computer Interaction Interaction Design or a related field Experience Minimum of 12 years of experience in UX design with at least 8 years in a leadership or management role Portfolio A strong portfolio demonstrating your UX design skills and successful project outcomes Technical Skills Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch Figma Adobe XD InVision or similar Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders Problem Solving Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a keen eye for detail Collaboration Ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced cross functional environment
