We are recruiting for an exciting position within our Digital Strategy & Experience team, a Lead UX Designer who has extensive experience within the ecommerce industry. In this role, our you will work closely with other key members of the marketing and web teams to implement outstanding customer journeys and experiences for our global crucial.com websites. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for conceptualizing creative ideas with digital strategy, marketing, and the customers operations teams. Responsible for conducting usability testing to improve the user experience of products and features on websites. Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off and implementation, with a focus on solutions that are simple, intuitive and user friendly. Crafting wireframes to demonstrate outstanding user experience including interaction flows, information architecture and designs. Crafting high fidelity user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and ensure a consistent experience. Effectively present design ideas and prototypes to the UI designer and developers. Establish design guidelines, standards, and standard practices. Maintain an active eye on the driven market including new product releases and trends. Use analytics together with a commercial attitude to deliver against business meaningful metrics. Testing and improving the design of the website by incorporating functionalities and features on the websites. Preparing design plans and presenting the website structure. Providing quantitative and qualitative research for design metrics. Qualifications and Education: Bachelor’s degree relevant in Computer Science, Information Technology, Graphic Design, or related field in Interaction and Communication design. 7 or more years of experience within the UX field in web crafting for E-Commerce, B2B and Marketing. Proficient with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, and hands on experience with graphic design software. Be detail driven, and able to lead time across several projects at the same time. Up-to-date experience with international web protocols, adaptable design, usability, research standard methodology and design technologies. Adaptable and willing to learn new techniques. Understanding of web programming languages such as HTML and CSS, and JavaScript. Understanding of content management systems, search engine optimization principles and cross-browser compatibility issues.
