SNI Companies is hiring: Designer / Sales Representative in Jacksonville

SNI Companies is searching for a Designer / Sales Rep for our client in the cabinetry/kitchen design industry experience. The ideal candidate will have previous sales and design experience within a relevant industry. Must be currently located in Jacksonville, FL.

Pay Rate: $45,000K - $60,000K a year , plus commission

Position Summary:

• Provide customers with accurate designs, excellent service, and maintain or exceed annual sales goals. Sales, design, administration, and field duties.

Sales and Design Duties:

• Schedule Client Consultations to qualify and understand needs for design.
• Network with builders, remodelers, interior designers to maintain and gain new clients.
• Provide current, functional designs in a timely manner.
• Maintain profit margin goals as established.
• Meet or exceed established sales goals.
• Maintain sales actions in AF for all new leads.

Administration Duties:

• Create accurate estimates in AF.
• Scheduling Customer Appointments, Site Measures, Cabinet Receiving, Deliveries, Installation and Punch.
• Keep Organized Job Records from Consultation, Installation, Punch, through Job Completion.
• Maintain Actions in AF to keep jobs progressing through Job Completion.
• Communicate effectively within the cabinetry division and other departments for job progression.
• Collections - collect balance due on invoices in a timely manner.
• Keep organized expense records to be turned in weekly to S&O Manager.
• Order and verify materials required for jobs.
• Coordinate and have all parts and pieces at jobsite for installation.

Field Duties:

• Field Measure - provide accurate measurements for design completion.
• Job site punch walk within 2 days of installation completion.
• Oversee Installation and quality control.
• Have job completion forms signed off for invoicing.
