In this role, you will work closely with the marketing team to ensure all design work aligns with the company's brand identity and marketing objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Creates print materials such as brochures, flyers, cut sheets, posters, and banners
  • Implement UI/UX strategies to improve user interaction across digital products.
  • Ensures all designs are consistent with the company's branding guidelines and visual identity
  • Provides design support for presentations, proposals, and other business development activities
  • Work closely with graphic designers, content writers, multimedia specialists, social media managers, and campaign managers to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution and digital and print experiences.
  • Utilizes graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create and edit designs

QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3+ years of marketing experience in graphic design, preferably within a corporate marketing or communications tea
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or Digital Design or related field such as visual communication, or visual marketin
  • Demonstrated ability to create engaging designs for both digital and print media
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Experience in UI/UX design, including wireframing, prototyping, and user research.
  • Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe InDesign/Illustrator/Photoshop, Canva, and Figma
