Essential Responsibilities:
Instructional Design: Lead the design and development of interactive, engaging, and effective learning solutions, including e-learning courses, virtual (vILT) and in-person instructor-led training (ILT), simulations, videos, and other multimedia resources.
Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify learning objectives, target audience characteristics, and performance gaps, ensuring that learning solutions align with business goals and learner needs.
Content Development: Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to gather content and translate complex information into clear, concise, and compelling learning materials.
Storyboarding and Scripting: Create detailed storyboards, scripts, and prototypes to outline the flow, interactions, and visual elements of each learning solution, incorporating feedback and revisions as needed.
Media Production: Oversee the production process, working with multimedia developers, graphic designers, and other team members to create high-quality graphics, animations, videos, and other multimedia elements.
Technology Integration: Stay current on emerging trends and best practices in instructional design and educational technology, exploring innovative tools and platforms to enhance the effectiveness and accessibility of learning solutions.
Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews and quality checks to ensure the accuracy, functionality, and accessibility of learning materials, addressing any issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.
Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to timelines, budgets, and project milestones while maintaining open communication with project teams and stakeholders.
Training and Support: Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to junior instructional designers and team members, sharing expertise and best practices to support their professional growth and development. Support train-the-trainer (T3) sessions to ensure Instructors are prepared to deliver content as designed.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in instructional design, e-learning development, or related roles, with a demonstrated track record of designing and delivering effective learning solutions.
- Advanced proficiency in instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and learning technologies, with experience using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively.
- Experience working with multimedia development tools, graphic design software, and video editing software is preferred.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and experience implementing SCORM and other e-learning standards.
- Passion for learning and professional development, with a commitment to staying current on emerging trends and best practices in instructional design and educational technology.
