Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team in the Hanscom, MA. The UX/UI Designer shall follow a lean user’s experience (UX) process and design the user interface and experience to support the Cloud Software management Services and Migration teams in a culture of continuous integration and continuous delivery. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user interface requirements and design innovative user experiences. Develop and implement strategic vision for user interface designs, wireframes, prototypes, and specifications. Ensure that design concepts are aligned with user needs and mission outcomes. Conduct user research, usability testing, and other user-centered design activities. Create and maintain design guidelines, templates, and style guides. Work with developers to ensure that design concepts are implemented accurately and efficiently. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, and apply this knowledge to the design process. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in information design or a related field. Strongly desired: Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in UI/UX design, product design and/or enterprise application fields or relevant customer-facing job roles. Expertise in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc. Proven experience in user research, usability testing, and design thinking. Strong visual design skills with a focus on clean, modern design. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment. Relevant industry certifications desirable. Clearance Requirements: Top Secret/SCI Clearance. Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance prior to starting this position. Physical Requirements: Use of computers and an ability for productivity in a government office environment within the Hanscom, MA area. #J-18808-Ljbffr
