24 Seven is partnering with a top global sportswear client to help them find a Senior Apparel Designer- Golf for this hybrid position in Baltimore, Maryland. This is a direct-hire, fulltime opportunity that comes with excellent benefits. *Relocation may be included for the right candidate* Ideal Candidate: Will have a Bachelor's degree with at least 8 years of relevant experience or Master's degree with preferably 6 years of relevant experience. They will also have advanced knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. We are searching for a Sr. Designer to focus on and elevate Apparel for the Golf category. The Sr. Designer will have a passion for golf and bringing design and function to life. Responsibilities : • Design and manage multiple product platforms that answers product and merchandising brief, price point and margin target. • Work within an integrated team of design, development, and product line management; act as key point of contact at pod meetings, lab dip approvals and fittings. • Make key decisions related to product and procedure • Own creation and presentation of category content (merch pages, decks, mood boards, trim and fabric boards) • Develop and execute clear and detailed sketches, technical packages and BOMs • Lead creation and milestone deliverables • Partner directly with product and merch leads to deliver appropriate assortment. • Present as design lead at milestone meetings; design check points, style design review, color review Qualifications : • Bachelor's degree with typically 8 years of relevant experience or Master's degree with typically 6 years of relevant experience or typically 12 years of relevant work experience without degree. • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. • Passion to design compelling and cutting-edge product. • Solid understanding of construction and materials; preferably well versed in manufacturing techniques. • Ability to express concepts and ideas through sketching. • Strong presentation skills and comfortable working with a group. • Must be detail oriented, able to prioritize tasks and to successfully meet multiple deadlines
