UX Designer Fully remote - 12 month contract What we are looking for: 4+ years of product design experience Experience working on SaaS products in a fast-growing environment Experience designing for software with complex many-to-many relationships such as in CRM, helpdesk, compliance, fintech, or other applications Excited to work in a team environment of engineers and product owners Up-to-date experience with industry-leading technologies (Figma, Sketch, XD etc.) Practical understanding of the latest trends and technologies used to build rich web apps Experience integrating data into your design decisions Strong portfolio that shows attention to detail Strong conceptualization ability and strong visual communication ability An obsession with the customer: you advocate tirelessly for the user and won't rest until the experience is awesome Outstanding English communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling you to bridge gaps and collaborate across product, engineering & customer A great team player, who is always willing to provide and receive constructive feedback
