In this role, you will have the opportunity to:


  • Develop and execute CXI strategies to improve the consumer experience and deliver meaningful business outcomes
  • Collaborate with business and IT leaders to define and address CXI opportunities
  • Manage and execute CXI projects from strategy to action
  • Use data-driven decision making to identify and prioritize CXI initiatives
  • Measure and report on the impact of CXI initiatives


Requirements:


  • Master's Degree, preferably in statistics, mathematics or economics, user experience, social sciences, engineering
  • 4 years management consulting experience
  • 4 years of User experience research
  • 2+ years of management experience and leading team members
  • 3+ years of leading and managing projects with analytics
  • Experience in a Medicare Advantage environment
