Are you a passionate and experienced Customer Experience UX Designer with a track record of success in executing data-driven initiatives? Do you have a passion for customer experience and a desire to make a real difference in the world?

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Develop and execute CXI strategies to improve the consumer experience and deliver meaningful business outcomes
- Collaborate with business and IT leaders to define and address CXI opportunities
- Manage and execute CXI projects from strategy to action
- Use data-driven decision making to identify and prioritize CXI initiatives
- Measure and report on the impact of CXI initiatives
Requirements:
- Master's Degree, preferably in statistics, mathematics or economics, user experience, social sciences, engineering
- 4 years management consulting experience
- 4 years of User experience research
- 2+ years of management experience and leading team members
- 3+ years of leading and managing projects with analytics
- Experience in a Medicare Advantage environment
