About the Role
Bring your event planning skills to life in an arena setting! We’re looking for a dynamic Event Planner who will lead the charge in managing exciting events from initial planning through execution. You’ll work closely with various departments, like food & beverage, security, and guest services, to make sure every event is unforgettable for our clients and guests.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan and coordinate logistics to ensure seamless events.
  • Collaborate with teams on setup, ticketing, guest experience, and event staffing.
  • Develop event diagrams and schedules, and distribute details to the team.
  • Monitor event finances, handle settlements, and assist in ticketed event management.
  • Be the go-to for client communication, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Act as Manager on Duty when scheduled, handling guest safety and ADA protocols.
  • Work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of event planning experience, ideally in arenas or similar venues.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CAD or drawing experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work a flexible, sometimes demanding schedule.
  • CPR certification (or willingness to obtain) and a valid driver’s license.
