About the Role

GoodRx is looking for a highly motivated Media Planner to join a small, fast-moving team focused on delivering advertising products to pharmaceutical manufacturer partners on GoodRx.com. With multiple advertising products spread across numerous pages and serving dozens of clients, the ideal candidate will be highly organized with a strict adherence to process. They will be detail oriented and play a key role in helping the team deliver value to both clients and patiences. They will work closely with the account managers and many other internal stakeholders and report to the Sr. Manager Media Planning.

Responsibilities:
  • Create a media plan to achieve campaign objectives within the allocated budget
  • Partner with and talk to agencies to get creative tags and make sure all links are working
  • Ensure that deals are tracking to fulfillment and make sure alters are provided to Performance Management when deals are "at risk"
  • Work closely with Yield Management to ensure full delivery.
  • Assist the Sales team in digital media campaign planning and putting together strategic recommendations and media plans for selling
  • Assist with forecasting on all media plans; communicate forecasts to RevDesk and Finance.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, internal stakeholders, cross-functional teams and ensure accurate campaign details and excellent customer service.
  • Maintain accuracy of insertion orders within internal systems tool to reserve advertising space and is responsible for the accuracy of plan details and confirmation of delivery.
  • Aid in ensuring all media placements are impactful to our client's target audience
  • Use digital media tools and resources as needed to research and plan client campaigns, including competitive analysis and site traffic and demographic


Skills & Qualifications:
  • 2+ years previous digital media experience
  • Experience evaluating and recommending strategy and placements for digital campaigns
  • Basic knowledge of advanced analytics and performance media
  • Familiarity with marketing principles, analytics and concepts
  • Well-developed problem-solving and communication skills
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and best practices
  • Experience negotiating with and managing digital vendors
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks concurrently in a fast-paced environment

At GoodRx, pay ranges are determined based on work locations and may vary based on where the successful candidate is hired. The pay ranges below are shown as a guideline, and the successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and other relevant business and organizational factors. These pay zones may be modified in the future. Please contact your recruiter for additional information.

San Francisco and Seattle Offices:
$86,000.00 - $138,000.00

New York Office:
$79,000.00 - $127,000.00

Santa Monica Office:
$72,000.00 - $115,000.00

Other Office Locations:
$65,000.00 - $104,000.00
