Your New Role...
This position involves overseeing the daily operations of incoming and outgoing licensee product samples, ensuring efficient storage and donation processes. Key responsibilities include managing sample donations to WBD Archives, executives, charities, and promotional giveaways, and coordinating with movers for product transportation. The role also involves collaborating with the mailroom for package coordination, sorting and distributing packages, managing sample transfers, and handling donation sorting. Additionally, the position requires arranging for professional movers, shipping packages, retrieving urgent deliveries, managing pallets, stocking shelves, displaying samples, tracking packages, and addressing customs issues.
The role also includes co-managing the company’s off-site storage at The Burbank Studios, overseeing company-owned vehicles, managing budgets related to offsite storage and vehicles, and participating in annual forecasting. Project management responsibilities involve coordinating global product setups, tracking global product requests, managing resources, and handling project budgets. The position also requires reviewing current processes to streamline and create efficiencies, along with handling other special projects as needed.
Your Role Accountabilities...
Manages the daily operations of incoming and outgoing licensee product samples, ensuring efficient storage and donation processes. Oversees all aspects of sample donations to WBD Archives, executives, charities, and promotional giveaways. Proactively coordinates with movers to facilitate product transportation for charitable purposes or offsite storage.
Co-manages company’s off-site storage (The Burbank Studios) by maintaining lease and ensuring policies and procedures are being followed. Plans regular purges to maintain manageable storage areas.
Project manages global product set ups (i.e. Summits, PD Lab, PR Events/Press Junkets); responsible for coordination, global product requests/tracking, resource management, event set up and strike down as well as related budgets.
Manages budget as it relates to offsite storage, movers and company vehicles including capital, maintenance, and repairs. Participates in annual forecasting.
Oversees (3) company owned vehicles, comprising of (2) vans known as “Mystery Machines” and (1) 17-foot box truck. Manages tasks such as annual vehicle DMV registration, smog checks, insurance, maintenance, cleanliness and ensuring operational readiness for company events.
Reviews current process and looks for ways to streamline and create efficiencies and other special projects as required.
Qualifications & Experience...
Work Experience
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics or inventory management preferred
Must be familiar with the film industry and consumer products
Education, Professional Training, Technical Training or Certification
BA or BS in Fine Arts or equivalent experience required
Knowledge/Skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Other Requirements
Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting and moving packages up to 50 lbs
May require services after hours or on the weekends
Must be able to make decisions based on the success and delivery of all creative projects
Ability to remain calm in situations that may entail discussions on deliveries with creative team and content partners
Must be a strategic thinker
Must be a self-starter and adaptable in a fast-paced working environment
Must have the ability to pay close attention to detail
Must be able to work independently and meet deadlines

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $72,247.00 - $134,172.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
