This pivotal role involves strategically leading engagement and fundraising efforts to set the foundation for future success. You will be at the helm of a performance brand marketing strategy that aligns seamlessly with our corporate branding, aimed at elevating fundraising initiatives and maximizing impact across various assets and channels. The VP will take charge of crafting an omnichannel campaign brand and developing engaging impact narratives that resonate with our community. You will spearhead marketing and communication programs that ensure donor-centric messaging while managing a significant budget. Setting and tracking goals for our annual giving program will be part of your responsibility, as you lead our dedicated team towards achieving our Foundation's ambitious fundraising objectives. As a data-driven leader with expertise in analytics and performance metrics, you will excel in managing and guiding your team to fulfill strategic goals. You will oversee cause marketing initiatives and peer-to-peer programs to enhance fundraising revenues and brand recognition. Your direct marketing strategies will support acquisition, retention, and the growth of our donor pipeline. Collaboration is key, and you will work closely with our Foundation's leadership team and the health system's marketing and communications team to ensure a unified brand marketing strategy. We are seeking a seasoned leader with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in marketing, direct marketing, digital communications, annual giving, or similar domains. A proven history of brand leadership and revenue generation, preferably within a non-profit development context, is highly valued. Combining traditional and innovative marketing methods, you will elevate our Foundation's outreach. A strong educational background, exceptional communication skills, strategic planning capabilities, and interpersonal finesse are essential for success in this role.
