$50,000 - $55,000 Benefits Package:
100% employer-paid health, dental, vision, and alternative care benefits for employees. Key Responsibilities:
As a Staff Accountant, you will play a vital role in maintaining financial integrity and supporting our client's mission. Your main responsibilities will include:
Financial Record Keeping:
Maintain the general ledger, record transactions accurately, and reconcile bank statements to ensure financial accuracy.
Financial Reporting:
Prepare and present detailed financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements, to senior management, providing insights that drive strategic decisions.
Accounts Payable and Receivable:
Manage accounts payable processes, review and post revenue batches, and respond to inquiries regarding payment and expense coding.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
Collaborate in the development of annual operating budgets and performance projections, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Client Invoicing:
Generate and deliver invoices promptly, ensuring accurate and timely billing for services rendered.
Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience.
