Full-Time, Monday - Friday (Hybrid: 1-2 days remote after training)
Role Overview: We're looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our client's team. In this role, you'll manage key HR processes, oversee attendance and benefits, and handle full-cycle recruiting. This position offers a mix of administrative duties and strategic HR initiatives, with a hybrid work option after training.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Improvement
Update and streamline HR procedures, including time and attendance management.
Attendance & Benefits
Review time records, manage monthly perfect attendance lists, and follow up with new hires on benefit elections.
Compliance:
Conduct annual checks for employees.
Full-Cycle Recruiting:
Manage job postings, screen resumes, set up interviews, and guide new hires through the onboarding process.
Qualifications:
Must-Haves:
3+ years of HR experience, strong knowledge of I-9 compliance, and proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Paylocity.
Nice-to-Haves:
Degree in HR, manufacturing experience, and advanced Excel skills.
