Local Managing Services company is looking to bring on a sharp and highly motivated Property Accountant. The Property Accountant will join an energetic team and collaborate with other departments to ensure proper invoicing. Location:

Boulder Property Accountant duties: -Oversee the AP and AR team and liaise with the owners -Handle reconciliations and book journal entries -Ensure accuracy of AP for approval of payments -Assist with month end close -Interpret financial data and reports -Assist the controller with tasks as for month end close and along with reconciliations of accounts. -Able to step in and assist with any accounting tasks as needed; must be a team player Property Accountant skills and experience: -2+ years of related commercial, real estate, or property experience -Tech savvy -Intermediate Microsoft Excel experience -Experience with invoicing platform Appfolio or Yardi is a plus -Strong communication skills, written and verbal Employee parking Open office environment Business casual office dress Hours for the Property Accountant are Monday through Friday 8:30-4:30 Local Property Accountant candidates only Property Accountant candidates must be able to pass a criminal background check
