We are looking for a talented Designer with at least three years of experience to join our creative team and bring compelling visual solutions to life for our clients. You’ll work and collaborate closely across multiple teams and bring a passion for storytelling, customer experience & experimentation.
Job Description:
As a Designer at SI EQ, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs for various digital and print materials, including social media content, websites, digital ads, email campaigns, presentations, and more. You will play a key role in design for both our clients and the SI EQ brand, helping establish the agency as an innovator within the agriculture industry. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, branding, and marketing, as well as the ability to collaborate closely with other team members across the agency. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for creative problem-solving, and a desire to contribute to meaningful storytelling in the agriculture industry.
What you’ll do
Key Responsibilities:
- Design high-quality visual assets for a variety of projects, including digital marketing campaigns, social media content, website graphics, email templates, print materials, presentations, and more.
- Work closely with account managers to develop designs that align with overall campaign strategies and client objectives.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand standards and maintain a consistent visual identity across different platforms.
- Participate in brainstorming and conceptualization sessions to help develop innovative design solutions.
Job Description
- Revise and refine designs based on feedback from clients and internal teams, ensuring that final deliverables meet the required standards.
- Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and account managers to ensure copy and visuals work together harmoniously.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices to bring fresh and creative ideas to the team.
- Assist with the preparation of files for production and ensure the accuracy of all final deliverables.
Who you are
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
- At least 3 years of professional design experience, preferably in an agency setting or working with clients in agriculture
- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including digital and print projects
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools
- Knowledge of web design principles and experience with tools like Figma or Sketch is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a willingness to work closely with various teams to achieve client goals
- Self-motivated with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
