Busy Corporate Live Event Production Company located in greater Long Island area, seeking Full Time Production Manager to join our growing team. 


This role is critical to working with ADM Productions’ Producers and Production Team in managing onsite live events team from set up to execution of event.  Candidate must have strong knowledge of all aspects of audio, lighting, video, power, and when applicable satellite, microwave or fiber optic transmission.  Excellent logistical skills and the ability to prioritize, as well as knowing what are reasonable times for completion of system set up. 

Production Manager is responsible for:

•          Understanding of the setup, wiring, and operation of high resolution equipment
            and computers for video playback, screen switchers, video switchers, GFX
            computers, file-based video recording devices is required.

•          Simultaneously managing & executing multiple events of varying sizes at any one
            time.

•          Managing and tracking event-marketing budget.

•          Monitoring industry trends to inspire the development of new productions and
            experiences.

Production Manager MUST HAVE:  


•          Experience building and producing large-scale shows, including meetings and
            general sessions with a heavy emphasis on production.

•          Demonstrated examples and references overseeing A/V and agency vendors,
            show callers, stage managers, tech crews, etc. required. Live Stage and Show
            examples including pictures and/or video is a plus.

•          Experience managing.  Role will require you to oversee A/V needs, including but
            not limited to, Video, Projection, Staging, Rigging, with advanced knowledge of
            A/V signal flow.

•          Client relation skills to work both directly with clients as well as venue
            management. Trouble shooting and problem solving skills are paramount in this
            role and you must be able to think on your feet!

•          Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

•          5+ years relevant experience in event production, production management,
            experiential/event marketing or related field.
 
•          Positive attitude, be energetic, outgoing, extremely well organized. 

Travel is required.
