We have an immediate opening in our Dallas office for a mid-level designer with urban design and planning experience Requirements fearlessly pursue solutions to complex design problems think critically, communicate effectively and produce high quality work collaborate with diverse groups of people on various teams work with others to advance firm goals and priorities contribute to creative efforts on projects and in the office Qualifications bachelor's degree or higher in landscape architecture, community planning, urban design or architecture strong graphic skills including GIS, SketchUp, Adobe Suite and AutoCAD solid communication skills across multiple platforms self motivated with strong time management skills experience preparing presentation materials, plans, reports, research and analyses comfort with speaking at public meetings and to small groups experience facilitating work sessions with groups of all sizes ability to collaborate with diverse groups of people and on various teams
