THE ROLE
We are seeking a Marketing Designer to join our Marketing Team. The Marketing Designer will focus on a diverse range of projects, including print material, offline experiences, digital design, and performance-driven marketing assets. Candidate must be a proactive individual who learns quickly, is able to work both independently and collaboratively, and contributes to creating solutions to a diverse range of tasks and goals. This role is part of the Marketing Department and will report to the Marketing Director.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design marketing collateral at various sizes, resolutions, and mediums (print, digital, and social).
- Create and finalize print production artwork such as but not limited to packaging, labels, marketing collateral, point of sale communication and presentations when needed.
- Design white papers, infographics, and one-pagers in a digital and print format, event, and Trade show designs
- Design captivating advertisements campaigns and assets for various platforms, including social media, Google Ads, and other online channels as well as print and traditional platforms.
- Learn our family of products and Create visually appealing designs that align with brand guidelines and objectives.
- Assist in maintaining asset archives with current brand logos, product images, and other brand materials.
- Collaborate with broader teams to understand project goals and design requirements.
- Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices to continuously improve the quality of design materials.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to marketing initiatives.

WHO YOU ARE:
- Bachelor’s Degree or 3 Years of professional Experience in a graphic/brand designer capacity
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other design tools
- Able to present a portfolio of work. showcasing creative and well-executed design projects, including digital and or web-related materials.
- Expert skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Excellent time management abilities with a proven ability to multi-task and manage several deadlines at once.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for staying up to date with design trends and industry developments.
- Prior experience or internships in design-related roles is a plus but not required.
