Japanese luxury Apparel & Jewelry store in Waikiki/ Hi seeks a Store Sales Associate.

【Responsibilities】
●Customer Service: Greet and assist customers with a warm and friendly attitude. Provide personalized fashion advice and ensure an exceptional shopping experience.
●Product Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest fashion trends and store merchandise. Be knowledgeable about product details, pricing, and promotions.
●Sales Goals: Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective customer engagement and product recommendations.
●Merchandising: Maintain the store's visual appeal by arranging displays, restocking shelves, and ensuring a tidy and organized environment.
●Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient store operation. Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work environment.
●Inventory Management: Assist with inventory control, including stock checks, replenishment, and reporting discrepancies.
●Cash Handling: Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register. Ensure all sales are properly recorded and balance the cash drawer at the end of the shift.
●Customer Feedback: Actively seek and listen to customer feedback to improve services and meet their needs.

【Requirement】
● Industry Experience: A minimum of 3 years of apparel sales experience required.
● Language Skills: Business -level Fluency in Japanese ( N1 level) is essential. Proficiency in English is a plus.
●Able to commute to the store location
●Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
●A passion for fashion and trends.
●Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

【Preferred skills】
●Jewelry sales experience
●VMD(Visual Merchandising) experience

Job Preference: Full-time or Part Time
Working Hours: 9am - 10pm (Shift work)
* Full time: 8 hours shift /day
