Position: In-Store Stylist

Overview:
As a Retail Stylist at Queen Anna House of Fashion, you will provide exceptional customer experiences through personalized styling, foster client relationships, and contribute to a cohesive team environment. Your role combines sales expertise, fashion knowledge, and creativity to support the boutique's mission of empowering women through authentic and fashionable self-expression.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Customer Service
- Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored styling solutions.
- Demonstrate strong product and fashion knowledge to guide purchasing decisions.
- Build lasting relationships to ensure repeat business and loyalty.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to boutique growth.
Styling and Fashion Expertise
- Create stylish, personalized outfits using your fashion expertise.
- Stay informed about fashion trends and styles to provide fashion-forward recommendations.
- Assist clients with wardrobe choices, styling tips, and outfit coordination.
- Contribute to creative, eye-catching merchandise displays.
Product Knowledge and Merchandising
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of boutique products, including features and sizing.
- Ensure displays are visually appealing, well-stocked, and organized.
- Collaborate with merchandising teams for effective product placement.
- Support inventory management through tagging, restocking, and receiving.
Team Collaboration and Training
- Work collaboratively to maintain a positive team environment.
- Train new team members in styling, product knowledge, and service excellence.
- Share insights on trends and customer feedback to enhance team performance.
Client Relationship Management
- For personalized service, maintain client records, including preferences, sizes, and purchase history.
- Proactively communicate with clients about new arrivals, promotions, and events.
- Participate in boutique-hosted events and community outreach to enhance brand presence.
Self-Development and Industry Knowledge
- Stay updated on emerging trends and competitor activities.
- Attend workshops and training sessions to refine skills and expand knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in retail, styling, or customer service.
- Passion for fashion and knowledge of emerging trends.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $15.00 - $18.00/hour.
