As we set up shop at the bustling Fashion Square Mall for the holiday season, we’re searching for enthusiastic individuals to join our vibrant team. Position Summary:


As a Part-Time Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of Cactus Corn at our holiday kiosk from November 25nd through January 17th. You’ll engage with shoppers, share your love for our products, and help create memorable experiences that keep customers coming back for more. If you enjoy this type of work, we will be happy to extend a position to you for spring training and @ our venues around town like Chase Field, Talking Stick Resort Ampitheater and the Phoenix convention Center.


Key Responsibilities:


• Engage and Interact: Warmly greet mall visitors and invite them to explore our range of gourmet popcorn flavors, popcorn gift tins, cinnamon roasted almonds, and ready-to-eat popcorn bags.

• Drive Sales: Utilize your sales skills to meet and exceed daily targets by introducing products, offering samples, and making personalized recommendations.

• Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Ensure every customer feels valued by addressing their needs promptly and courteously.

• Maintain Kiosk Appearance: Keep the kiosk well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing to attract shoppers.

• Master Product Knowledge: Learn all about our products to confidently answer questions and highlight unique features.

• Process Transactions: Efficiently handle cash and credit transactions while maintaining accuracy.

• Collaborate with Team Members: Work together to create a fun and productive environment.


Qualifications:


• Outgoing Personality: You love interacting with people and have a knack for making connections quickly.

• Sales Savvy: Prior retail or sales experience is a plus, but a passion for selling and achieving goals is essential.

• Energetic and Enthusiastic: High energy levels and a positive attitude that lasts throughout the day.

• Excellent Communication Skills: Clear, friendly, and persuasive communication abilities.

• Reliability: Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to your work schedule.

• Team Player: Willingness to support and collaborate with team members.

• Flexible Availability: Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays during the kiosk’s operating dates.
