Job Description: The Caulker/Film Labor (CFL) primary duty is to install and/or remove caulking and other attachment systems for safety and security films as well as exterior films. The CFL is familiar with the process of installing attachment systems, cutting and preparing glass for solar control, safety/security and decorative films. CFLs can work in a variety of settings such as residential, occupied and unoccupied commercial, and new construction with a heavy focus on schools, federal, and state buildings. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed, including but not limited to repairs, warehouse inventory, and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities & Duties:
- Prepare for and load truck for jobs the night before
- Check film/materials out and in each day on computer by job
- Customer communication regarding the project and arrival
- Take utmost pride in providing the cleanest, most efficient installation possible
- Complete paperwork for customers; acquire necessary signatures; collect payment; submit to officepromptly each day
- ALWAYS portray company in a positive manor to customer and co-workers
- Maintain professional and polite communication and relationship with the customer
- Maintain accurate daily inventory of film and supplies
- Maintain a clean and efficient shop and warehouse area
- Recycle when possible and place in recycle dumpster behind office
- Complete project spreadsheets and submit to the office
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills required
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
- This position requires the ability to lift 70-150 pounds, and be able to bend, stretch, and climb ladders without
- back restrictions.
- Valid U.S. drivers license
- Clean driving record
