Marketing Graphics Specialist Job at AtWork Personnel Services in Sacramento

Our team is looking for a Social Media Specialist! 

Monday to Friday - Hours vary

Hybrid with Travel

Responsibilities:  

• Manage and deploy digital content across social media platforms, responding to messages and coordinating newsletters, campaigns, and events.(Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn)
• Develop and support branded digital and print materials aligned with organizational guidelines.
• Create engaging content, calls to action, and coordinate press releases or media outreach.
• Demonstrated success in marketing, communications, and customer service.
• Build positive relationships with diverse participants, volunteers, and team members.
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with experience tailoring messages for varied audiences.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred 
• Non-profit experience preferred  
• 1-2 years of experience with volunteer recruitment and engagement 
• Current driver’s license, and clean driving record required 
• Authorization to legally work in the US 
• Multilingual proficiency is a plus.
