We are seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager. Competitive salary!

Exploring Graphics is a member of the Exploring family of companies. We are a digital custom graphics facility specializing in large format and grand format printing for retail/POP promotions, architectural signage, sporting events, tradeshows, museums and live events. Our experience in providing unique and custom solutions to the evolving world of graphics is unsurpassed and continuously innovating. Our products include dye-sublimation fabrics, vinyl and mesh applications, hanging signs and tension frames, UV flatbed printing, custom routing and product installation. All Exploring companies are customer service driven and staff must embrace this attitude.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Key contact between clients and internal team.
  • Manage the work flow for multiple accounts from inception through completion and invoicing.
  • Provide estimates and project plans to include timing of design, production, installation and/or delivery.
  • Effectively communicate status of project progress to sales team and customer.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, determine future needs and capitalize on sales opportunities.

Position Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong customer service and account management skills.
  • Background in creative services, digital printing and large format printing preferred.
  • Ability to respond quickly to requests from customers
  • Accurately enter and maintain record of estimates and processed orders. Review all orders for complete and accurate customer information, product, price, quantity and delivery information.
  • Proactively resolve issues throughout the life cycle of the project and communicate resolutions to clients
  • Skilled at problem solving, trouble shooting and negotiating.
  • Team player who maintains a positive attitude with co-workers and customers, willing to help other account managers or staff to complete projects.
  • Ability to follow established departmental procedures.
  • Must have the flexibility to work evenings and weekends as dictated by workload.
  • Must be open to constructive criticism from management.
  • Estimating skills are preferred but not required.
  • Follow chain of command when resolving internal production and departmental challenges.
  • Deliver a high level of customer service that is consistent with the project's requirements and compliant with established performance standards.

  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts, add and subtract numbers, multiply, and divide
  • ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
  • Experience in creative services, graphics and printing
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education strongly preferred
  • Minimum of 5-6 years of experience working in account management, customer service, design or sales in the printing industry
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint and ability to learn software programs specific to industry
  • Must type at least 40 WPM
